1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "pk399", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pk399 online gaming platform operated under an international gaming licence.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the pk399 platform at pk399.bio.
• "Platform" refers to the pk399 website accessible at pk399.bio, including all games, services, features, and content available therein.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual on the pk399 platform.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary transaction currency used on the pk399 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts awarded by pk399 to a player account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited directly by the player via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, or 1LINK that have cleared and are available for betting or withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Terms" refers collectively to these Terms & Conditions as updated from time to time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the pk399 platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms. By completing the pk399 account registration process, you represent that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You agree to be legally bound by all provisions herein.
• You accept that pk399 may amend these Terms at any time with notice provided via the platform or registered email address.
• Your continued use of the pk399 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the pk399 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk399.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use a pk399 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You do not already hold an existing pk399 account (one account per player is strictly enforced).
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or close family member of an employee of pk399 or its associated companies.
• You are of sound mind and acting of your own free will.

pk399 reserves the right to request age verification documentation — including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport — at any time and prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges pending verification.

3.1 Underage Gaming

Any account found to be registered or operated by an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately closed. Any balance in the account at the time of closure, including winnings, will be forfeited. pk399 will report confirmed instances of underage gaming to the relevant authorities as required by our licensing obligations.

4. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) pk399 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

When registering a pk399 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, or elsewhere), and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update it if any details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk399 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pk399 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify pk399 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

pk399 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) programme in compliance with our international gaming licence requirements and applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Players may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. KYC verification is a one-time process per account and is conducted securely.

5. Deposits & Payments

pk399 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, Raast instant transfers, and 1LINK interbank transfers.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on pk399 is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by pk399, though individual payment providers such as JazzCash and EasyPaisa may impose their own transaction limits per day or per transaction in accordance with their own terms of service.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pk399 account instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take between one and three business hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. Raast and 1LINK transfers are typically instant. pk399 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Deposit Integrity

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. pk399 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method not matching the registered account holder's name, it may be returned and the account may be placed under review. You must not use stolen, compromised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to deposit funds on pk399.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: Typically processed within 1 to 4 hours of request approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• HBL, UBL & Meezan Bank: Typically processed within one business day during standard banking hours.
• Raast & 1LINK: Typically processed within 1 to 3 hours of request approval.

Processing times stated above are targets and may be extended during periods of high withdrawal volume, during KYC review, or where additional verification is required by our compliance team. pk399 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply receiving fees.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Only Real Money Balance is withdrawable. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully met.
• pk399 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rs 50,000.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional offers, or breach of these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

pk399 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and PSL cricket betting cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which supplement and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Balance and will be used first for wagering purposes.
• Standard wagering requirements on pk399 welcome bonuses are 30x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and sports bets 100% on selections with odds of 1.50 or greater.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired, unused bonuses will be removed from the account without compensation.
• pk399 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts — will have all bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

8. Betting Rules

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on pk399 are subject to the applicable game rules and the following general betting conditions.

8.1 Sports Betting

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In the event of a manifest error in odds — including pricing errors caused by technical faults — pk399 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. PSL cricket, international Pakistan cricket matches, and all other sports markets are governed by the individual market rules published within the sportsbook section of the platform.

8.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is offered on selected cricket and sports markets. Once an in-play bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled by the player. pk399 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly around key match events such as wickets, reviews, or result confirmation.

8.3 Casino Games

All casino games on pk399 use certified random number generation (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game's information screen. Results of all games are final once confirmed by the game server and cannot be disputed on the basis of claimed visual discrepancies or connectivity interruptions on the player's side.

8.4 Disconnections

pk399 is not liable for bets lost due to internet disconnection, device failure, or power outage on the player's side. In the event of a platform-side disconnection during a live game round, pk399's game server logs will serve as the authoritative record of the outcome.

9. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

pk399 is committed to maintaining a fair, honest, and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on the pk399 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with or place bets on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be returned.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment credentials.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity that violates applicable financial laws.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the pk399 platform's software or security systems.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.

Where pk399 detects or reasonably suspects any of the above conduct, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all associated bets and winnings, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

10. Responsible Gaming

pk399 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps through your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30-day, 90-day, or 6-month) or permanent self-exclusion through the pk399 support team. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will be opted out of all marketing communications.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts displaying your net session result and time played.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk399 platform — including but not limited to the pk399 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and data — is the property of pk399 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk399 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the pk399 platform without express prior written consent from pk399.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk399 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the pk399 platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any part thereof.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the pk399 platform.
• Acts of God, telecommunications failures, government actions, or any other event beyond pk399's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pk399's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The pk399 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. pk399 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

pk399 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a person under the age of 21.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority requiring account suspension or disclosure of account information.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, after which a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 may be applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pk399 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons unrelated to any breach — such as at the player's own request — any Real Money Balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

pk399 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the overall agreement between you and pk399. By registering an account on pk399, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Amendments to Terms

pk399 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk399 will provide reasonable notice via the platform or to your registered email address at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of either party — may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the pk399 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting pk399 support.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk399's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with pk399 support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.
